Biography
Jennifer L. Westrick is an Associate in the firm’s Indiana, Pennsylvania office where she provides legal representation for clients involved in divorce, child custody and support actions, adoptions proceedings, and guardianships for incapacitated persons as well as estate planning and estates. Ms. Westrick also assists business clients with entity formations, preparing leases and contacts, contract review and negotiations, and other business-related matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Westrick was an attorney at an Indiana firm for over nineteen years where she represented clients in matters related to business formations and contracts, family law, and estate planning. At that time, she also held the position of Assistant District Attorney for the Indiana County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Westrick received her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology, Pre-Law from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Westrick served her country in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. She also serves as the Solicitor for the Indiana County Tourist Bureau and was a member of the Veteran’s Treatment Court of Indiana County. She is an active member in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Indiana County Bar Association. Ms. Westrick is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
