Attorneys Derner & O’Neal Secure Dismissal with Prejudice for Maryland Dental Practice

Attorneys Stuart O’Neal and Mark Derner secured a Dismissal with Prejudice for a Maryland Dental practice based on a Personal Jurisdiction Argument. The Plaintiff alleged that Defendant was responsible for a breach of contract for a previous owner of the practice pursuant to a theory of successor in interest.
