Attorney Phillip Glyptis received an order granting judgment in Monroe County Court of Common Pleas for an energy company. The court agreed with Defendant’s argument that the Plaintiff lacked standing to raise its claims. The court found that the Plaintiff’s attempt to purchase minerals abandoned pursuant to the Ohio Dormant Mineral Act violated Ohio Revised Code 5301.56(H)(2).
