Biography

River S. Icenhour is an Associate in the firm’s Railroad Law Practice Group located in the Pittsburgh office.  Mr. Icenhour represents Class I and short line railroads in cases that involve allegations of personal and occupational injuries and wrongful death.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Icenhour was an attorney at a Pittsburgh area firm where he focused his practice in transactional and regulatory matters. 

Mr. Icenhour received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Washington & Jefferson College. 

Mr. Icenhour is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
