About the job…

We are seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our growing West Conshohocken office. The person in this position will be responsible for performing billable client work, supporting attorneys in their day-to-day practice, and executing the steps of the team’s case management processes. The person in this position will also complete various administrative (non-billable) tasks, learn and utilize WCAIS and other online systems, and serve as a point of contact for clients and other external contacts.

Ideal candidates will possess…

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college, business school, or other relevant continuing education preferred
  • At least one year administrative support experience such as secretary, administrative assistant, or similar; law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Technical skills including MS Word; experience with document management systems a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and follow specific, detailed instructions
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to produce highly accurate work
  • Communication skills and professional manner to interact with clients and other contacts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
