Biography

Ethan S. Benoff is an Associate in Burns White’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Benoff defends healthcare providers, healthcare systems and other medical entities in complex medical malpractice litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Benoff was a Law Clerk for a Philadelphia firm where he assisted attorneys in matters related to general liability negligence.  He also served as a Law Clerk for a firm where he focused on Medicaid and Medicare policy, False Claims Act, Stark Law and the federal Anti-Kickback statute.

Mr. Benoff received his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, with a minor in History, from Tulane University.

Mr. Benoff is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
