Attorney Senior Receives Dismissal for Surgical Center

Attorney Katherine Senior received a dismissal for a surgical center in a Philadelphia medical malpractice action. Plaintiff filed this lawsuit for injuries arising from a cataract surgery performed at our client’s surgery center by a codefendant ophthalmologist in March 2022. The alleged damages range from physical and emotional suffering to permanent blindness, disfigurement, loss of independence, and significant economic and medical expenses. This lawsuit remains ongoing against codefendants, but the surgical center was dismissed.
