Attoneys Griffin & Johnson Secure Dismissal of Two Physicians

Attorneys Ashley Griffin and David Johnson recently secured the dismissal of two defendant-physicians from a medical malpractice case in Allegheny County via summary judgment. The court ruled that the plaintiff’s expert witnesses were not qualified under the MCARE Act to offer standard of care opinions critical of the defendants, ultimately leading to their dismissal.
