Biography

Lauren C. Fantini is Of Counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Ms. Fantini focuses her practice on Healthcare and Long-Term Care law, defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Fantini was an attorney at a Philadelphia firm where she represented clients in personal injury cases, focusing on premises liability matters.  She also served as local counsel for the firm’s participation in the Philadelphia Court of Common Please Mass Tort Program. 

Ms. Fantini received her Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where she served on the Trial Moot Court Board and was a Miller Center Public Interest advocate.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware.

Ms. Fantini is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the state of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
