Biography

Alexandra E. “Allie” Smith is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.  Ms. Smith defends doctors, hospitals and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

 Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Smith was a Law Clerk at the firm where she reviewed medical records to support attorneys in case preparation, and analyzed deposition transcripts to assist with case strategies.  She also served as a Summer Associate at a Philadelphia area firm where she gained experience with litigation procedure and court filings in matters related to civil litigation including employment law, education law, and professional liability and small business issues.  

 Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.  She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University.

 Ms. Smith is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
