Biography

Nicholas A. “Nick” DiPadova is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.  Mr. DiPadova defends doctors, hospitals and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Mr. DiPadova worked as a law clerk at Burns White where he drafted motions, deposition summaries and witness lists, and conducted legal research.  Mr. DiPadova was also a Law Clerk at a local non-profit where he assisted attorneys in matters relating to estate administration. 

Mr. DiPadova received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.  He received his Bachelor of Business Management degree, cum laude, with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Legal Studies, from Rutgers University.

Mr. DiPadova is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
