Investigation of business practices to address potential embezzlement of funds by member of animal protection organization resulting in criminal charges, and guilty plea entered by accused with required restitution to be made
Negotiating contract provisions for veterinarians regarding terms and conditions of practice
Negotiating both limited, and expansive scopes, of non-compete terms and conditions for veterinary professional contracts
Successful representation in trial of client regarding pet ownership rights in response to allegations of animal neglect
Providing proactive practice support, monitoring and protection through cease and desist correspondence, and asserting claims, in response to conduct resulting in business disparagement to veterinary practice and professionals
Providing counsel to veterinary professionals regarding business organization and entity establishment, state licensing requirements and record retention policies according to state regulations and statutes
