Attorneys Stuart O’Neal and Kenneth Rafferty successfully obtained dismissal on behalf of a nonprofit organization that provides HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and advocacy services in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
The Plaintiff alleged that she fell on a sidewalk that was owned and operated by the nonprofit. Burns White successfully proved that the nonprofit did not own the sidewalk and that another party had recently repaired it. As such, the nonprofit was dismissed from the case.
