Biography
Danielle M. Peyton is an Associate in the Workers’ Compensation group in the Philadelphia office at Burns White. Ms. Peyton focuses her practice on defending workers’ compensation claims for third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and self-insured employers in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Peyton served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gladys M. Weatherspoon of Prince George’s County Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro, MD. In addition, she also served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Patricia A. Winston of the Superior Court of Delaware.
Ms. Peyton received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School where she was a Staff Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Vol. 49. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Ms. Peyton is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
