Burns White CEO, Stuart T. O’Neal, successfully defended a Pennsylvania Physician from allegations of professional misconduct which involved a year-long investigation by a government agency. Attorney O’Neal has represented up to 10 individual physicians on a variety of separate professional claims and continues to be retained by physicians and/or their hospitals for representation in these types of difficult claims.
