Led by Ira L. Podheiser, an appellate attorney with more than 30 years of experience, the team brings together seasoned professionals with deep expertise in appellate litigation and post-trial advocacy.
Mr. Podheiser’s distinguished background includes both state and federal appellate clerkships, as well as experience as a staff attorney with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. A skilled group of appellate practitioners, including Colleen A. Mountcastle and Holly M. Olarczuk-Smith, joins him. The Ohio State Bar Association certifies both of these attorneys as Appellate Law Specialists. Laura B. Garber brings seven years of Pennsylvania Superior Court clerkship experience to the table as well. Kenneth H. Rafferty, II, Madissan S. Ham, Joseph C. Romano, and Kiley M. Verbanac, all talented writers, further strengthen the team.
