Attorney Bass Successfully Defends Nursing Home Client

Attorney John Bass successfully defended a survival claim in arbitration for a nursing home client in Allegheny County.  The plaintiff alleged that the defendant did not identify and treat the presence of a urinary tract infection, resulting in sepsis and leading to death.  The wrongful death claim is pending in state court.
