Attorney Margonari Obtains Defense Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case

On October 10, 2025, attorney Daniel Margonari obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case in the Court of Common Pleas in Erie County. The plaintiff sued an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and his group, alleging that she suffered permanent nerve damage following a wisdom tooth surgery. After a four-day trial, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of the defendants.  Attorneys Joseph Macerelli and Eric VanKirk were also integral in the pretrial development of the defense in this matter.
