Biography
Albert M. Rodriguez is a Member in the firm’s Tampa, Florida office. Mr. Rodriguez focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, long-term health care defense, hospital liability, personal injury defense, and premises liability defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez was a partner at a large, national insurance defense firm where he focused his practice in the areas of general personal injury defense, premises liability defense, and first-party insurance defense. Mr. Rodriguez previously served as an assistant state attorney for the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Political Science from the University of South Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
