Biography

Allison A. Toal is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.  Ms. Toal focuses her practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Ms. Toal worked as a summer law clerk at Burns White.  She also served as an extern at a local Philadelphia firm, drafting complaints, affidavits, settlement demands, damages motions and petitions for civil litigation matters.

Ms. Toal received her Juris Doctor Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Toal is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
