Biography

Anastasia Dyak is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Dyak focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers and medical professionals against professional and general liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dyak was at law clerk at Burns White.  She also served as a Law Clerk at a New Jersey firm where she prepared estate planning documents and researched legal questions related to real estate and property matters.

Ms. Dyak received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing with a Business dual degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Dyak is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
