Biography
Brian C. Davis, Jr. is an Associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where he concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and financial services, business, complex and commercial litigation, data privacy and cybersecurity, and employment.
Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Mr. Davis worked as a summer law clerk at Burns White. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Jeffery A. Deller, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he conducted legal research on bankruptcy caselaw and professional ethics violations, and drafted two chapters of a manuscript about the legal history of the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Davis received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Davis served as an Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and competed as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board at the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He was selected as a member of the Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society for excellence in courtroom advocacy, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Administrative Law, Energy Regulation, and Expert Evidence. Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies and Screenwriting from the Ohio State University, where he graduated cum laude.
Mr. Davis is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
