Biography
Bryanna Y. Smith is an Associate in the Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group in Burns White’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Smith focuses her practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, she was a Legal Services Coordinator for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts where she assisted attorneys and clients in matters related to copyright, trademark, employment and real estate law. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office where she conducted hearings and assisted attorneys in matters related to criminal law.
Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School where she served as a Staff Editor and DEI Representative for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Law, from West Chester University.
Ms. Smith is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
