Biography
Colleen A. Mountcastle is a partner in Burns White’s Appellate, Mass Torts and Transportation practice groups. She is certified as an Appellate Law Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association, and represents clients in original, post-trial and appellate proceedings in the Supreme Courts of the United States, Ohio, and Michigan. In addition, Ms. Mountcastle has extensive experience defending railroad companies, transportation companies, manufacturers and suppliers in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, occupational injury and product liability.
Ms. Mountcastle graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and received her B.A, cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
