Biography
D. Matthew Jameson III is a Member of the Construction Law Practice Group at Burns White in Pittsburgh. A seasoned trial attorney, he counsels and represents engineers, contractors, construction managers and architects in all aspects of construction law, and has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. Also, Mr. Jameson is routinely asked to serve as a mediator in a variety of litigation matters.
Mr. Jameson is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for New Jersey, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is consistently recognized among the best lawyers in the construction law industry. Mr. Jameson graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law where he served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Law Journal.
