Biography
Eve E. Vinkler is an Associate in Burns White’s Pittsburgh office where she focuses her practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Ms. Vinkler defends employers and insurance companies in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vinkler was a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of PA where she assisted federal prosecutors in criminal, civil and appellate matters. She also served as a law clerk for two Pittsburgh firms where she worked on matters related to workers’ compensation, social security disability, and general insurance defense matters. Ms. Vinkler additionally spent time as a Certified Legal Intern for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in its Phoenix division.
Ms. Vinkler received her Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Law – Intellectual Property, from Duquesne University School of Law where she received the CALI Award for Future Award – Advanced Legal Writing: Legal Drafting and was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program. Ms. Vinkler was the Vice President of the Duquesne Intellectual Property Law Association and an active member of school’s Women’s Law Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology as well as Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Ms. Vinkler is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
