Biography

Jonathan L. Pietrowski is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice area in the Wilkes-Barre office. Mr. Pietrowski represents doctors, hospitals, and healthcare and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pietrowski was as a solo practitioner focusing his practice in the areas of family law, wills & estates, business incorporation, unemployment law, and criminal defense.  Mr. Pietrowski also served as the Deputy District Attorney for the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting criminal matters in the areas of vehicular crimes including DUI and homicide by vehicle, felony drug charges, violet crimes/firearms, auto theft, and insurance fraud.

Mr. Pietrowski received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marywood University.

Mr. Pietrowski is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
