Kenneth H. Rafferty, II is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Rafferty focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers and medical professionals against professional and general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rafferty served as a Judicial Intern for Justice David N. Wecht of The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, where he researched relevant Pennsylvania law and wrote allocatur reports, presented voting recommendations regarding cases on the vote-list and wrote bench memorandums.
Mr. Rafferty received his Juris Doctor from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
