Biography

Lindsey K. Feeney is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group and the Employment Practices Liability group, located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.  Ms. Feeney focuses her practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.  In addition, she counsels and defends individuals, corporations and healthcare institutions in both professional and employment liability matters.

Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Feeney was a clerk at Burns White.  She also served as a Summer Associate at a Philadelphia area firm. 

Ms. Feeney received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Legal Studies with a minor in Human Resources, from Temple University. 

Ms. Feeney is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
