Biography

Matthew S. Faher is an Associate in Burns White’s Workers’ Compensation Group located in the Pittsburgh office.  Mr. Faher focuses his practice on defending employers and insurance companies in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Faher was an attorney at a Pittsburgh firm where he represented injured individuals in workers’ compensation matters throughout Western Pennsylvania, including complex occupational disease cases.   Mr. Faher received his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Faher is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
