Biography
Raymond A. Petruccelli is a Member in Burns White’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Petruccelli is a skilled litigator representing healthcare providers, physicians, hospitals, long-term care providers, and health systems in medical malpractice and professional liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Petruccelli represented clients in the areas of medical malpractice and professional liability at Philadelphia firm. His practice focused on the defense of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical practice groups and hospital/major medical centers.
Mr. Petruccelli received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Law School where he served as the Moot Court Board Outside Competitions Coordinator and President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Fordham University.
Mr. Petruccelli is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
