Biography

Roniqua J. Archer is an Associate at the firm’s Philadelphia office, where she concentrates her practice on representing healthcare providers and medical professionals in professional and general liability cases.

Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Archer served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Jeffrey G. Trauger of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.  She was also a Privacy Paralegal for a large healthcare system where she reviewed and confirmed Business Associate Agreements and has provided medical billing and specialty practice support for numerous health systems.

Ms. Archer received her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Chestnut Hill College and her Associate in Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Manor College.

Ms. Archer is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
