Sean T. Bollman
Biography
Attorney Sean T. Bollman focuses his practice on Healthcare and Long-Term Care law, defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Bollman was an attorney for a Pittsburgh firm where he drafted and negotiated various contracts including settlement agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and business transfer agreements. Mr. Bollman also assisted clients in conducting risk assessments and forming business entities.
Mr. Bollman received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Administrative Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, where he participated in the study abroad program, attending the Duquesne Campus in Rome, Italy.
Mr. Bollman is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
