Biography

Sean T. Murphy is an Associate in the Workers’ Compensation group in the Philadelphia office at Burns White. Mr. Murphy focuses his practice on defending workers’ compensation claims for third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and self-insured employers in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Murphy was an attorney at a Pennsylvania firm where he represented clients in commercial litigation disputes.  He also served as an AMEX Legal Admin for a business process outsourcing company where he assisted in drafting and revising Motions for Summary Judgement involving debt collections claims.

Mr. Murphy received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Political Science with a minor in Economics, from William Paterson University.   

Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
