Biography
Thomas Crean Kelly is a Member and Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Group at Burns White. He is based in the Philadelphia-area office.
Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Scranton and attended Widener University School of Law, graduating in 2003. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, all Pennsylvania state courts, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and all New Jersey courts. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Kelly focuses his practice on high-exposure and complex workers’ compensation litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He actively represents third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and self-insured employers, and focuses his practice in the construction, oil and gas, and transportation industries. Mr. Kelly provides expert guidance on all aspects of litigation and is well known in the industry for his aggressive litigation style.
