Biography
Timothy M. Elliott is an Associate located in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Elliott primarily focuses his practice in the areas of professional and general liability defense. Mr. Elliott defends property owners, hospitals, universities, and construction industry clients against a wide range of general liability claims arising from both personal injury and property damage. In addition, Mr. Elliott represents architects, engineers, and other design professionals in defending professional liability claims.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Elliott was a law clerk at a firm specializing in employment law. During law school, he also served as a Judicial Intern to Magistrate Selena E. Molina of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Mr. Elliott received his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Government & Law, magna cum laude, from Lafayette College. He also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes.
Mr. Elliott is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
