Biography

Tye C. Bell is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group, located in the Wilmington, Delaware office.  Mr. Bell focuses his practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Bell was an associate at multiple Delaware firms, representing clients in general liability, insurance defense, and commercial and products liability matters.  Mr. Bell also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sylvia H. Rambo in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bell received his Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor for the Penn State Law Review.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from California State University, Stanislaus.

Mr. Bell is admitted to practice law in both the state of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association.
