Attorneys Peter Callahan, Amelia Curotto, and Brittany Kane obtained judgment in favor of their skilled nursing facility client and dismissal of all claims. Plaintiff had argued that the skilled nursing facility had been negligent in the care and treatment of Plaintiff’s decedent who was a former resident as well as having alleged breach of contract for failing to provide contracted care, treatment, and services. The case spanned over multiple years, lengthy discovery, and numerous motions. The Court of Common Pleas Judge granted the motion for summary judgment dismissing all claims of negligence and breach of contract against the skilled nursing facility.
