Attorneys Margulies, Brennan & Cavallaro Obtain Defense Verdict On Behalf Of Hospital & Physicians

Attorneys Richard Margulies, Cynthia Brennan, and Briana Cavallaro obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a hospital and four physicians in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Plaintiff alleged a two-year delay in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. After 11 days of trial, which included the testimony of eight medical experts, the jury found there was no negligence and returned a verdict in favor of all defendants on February 9, 2022.
