Attorneys Mundy & Pagano Secure Defense Verdict on Behalf of Assisted Living Facility

Attorneys Bill Mundy and Brian Pagano secured a defense verdict on behalf of a New Jersey Assisted Living Facility. The Burns White team established that the resident was an appropriate admission, that interventions were in place, and that the fall resulting in the alleged injuries was unavoidable. The Defense also established that the recurrent pleural effusion was due to underlying malignancy from asbestos exposure. After a short deliberation, the jury returned a verdict for the defense, finding no negligence on the part of the facility staff.
