Attorneys O’Neal, Sottile, And Podheiser Successful As Third Circuit Affirms District Court’s Decision Dismissing Employment Discrimination Case

After winning summary judgment in September of 2020, Burns White Attorneys Stuart O’Neal, Mark Sottile, and Ira Podheiser were successful in filing a responsive brief with the Third Circuit following Plaintiff’s appeal. The Third Circuit affirmed the District Court’s decision in the Americans with Disabilities Act discrimination and retaliation matter.
