Attorneys O’Neal, Tanker & Murray Obtain Defense Verdict For Large Community Hospital

Burns White trial attorneys Stuart T. O’Neal and Marcy B. Tanker along with attorney William D. Murray and paralegal Ann Konchinsky, obtained a defense verdict for a large community hospital in a blood deficiency case before The Honorable James Gibbons in the Lackawanna County Court of Common pleas after a trial that lasted over a week. This is the second defense verdict for this team in as many trials, with an aggregate demand of $17.56 million between the two trials, spanning 15 trial days and no liability being found on behalf of either client, with no money being paid out on either case.
