Biography
Justin B. Anderson is a Member in the firm’s Construction Law and Litigation practice, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Anderson focuses in the areas of professional and general liability defense. He defends architects, engineers and other design professionals in professional liability claims, including claims for design errors, omissions, delay damages and personal injuries. Additionally, he defends property owners and construction industry clients in a wide range of general liability claims for personal injury and property damage.
Mr. Anderson received a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in May 2012, and graduated from The College of New Jersey in May of 2009. A Division III athlete, he played on the varsity football team throughout college.
He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
