Burns White LLC is pleased to announce the re-election of Mary-Jo Rebelo to Chief Executive Officer for a second term. Ms. Rebelo was elected as CEO when David White stepped down January 1, 2021. She will also serve a three (3) year term as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Rebelo is the chair of the Employment Law practice area and co-chair of the Complex and Commercial Litigation practice area. With more than 30 years of experience as a seasoned litigator and business advisor, she has represented a broad spectrum of clients from various industries.
In addition, Andrew J. Fuga has been elected to serve as Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern Region and will oversee day-to-day operations for the firm’s offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, West Conshohocken, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, Tampa, FL and Wilmington, DE. Mr. Fuga has been with the firm since 2011, and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law practice area.
David A. Damico will continue to serve as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Lyle D. Washowich will continue to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the Western Region.
