Burns White attorney Brooke Hamilton Seiler was one of the few students nationwide to attend the NARTC College of Trial Advocacy program to refine trial advocacy skills under the guidance of leading litigators in the railroad defense industry.
The NARTC College of Trial Advocacy is a week-long program combining instruction and practical application, including a visit to a BNSF railroad yard, classroom instruction, and conducting all parts of a trial, including opening statements, direct and cross examination and closing arguments.
