Attorney Callahan Successfully Obtains Dismissal on Behalf of Dental Practice

Attorney Peter Callahan successfully obtained the dismissal of his client, a dental practice, following three days of a jury trial in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.  Plaintiff was claiming that the practice was responsible for the care and treatment rendered by an independent contractor endodontist.
