The Supreme Court’s decision in Heimbach v. Amazon held that time spent in security screenings is compensable under the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act (“PMWA”), and further, that there is no de minimis exception to the PMWA. In this webinar, Attorney Samantha Farrell will discuss the impact of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision and provide an overview of wage and hour laws impacting employers.
