As new policies are created, revised or eliminated, an employer’s handbook should be updated to reflect the changes. No two handbooks are the same, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution, as no two companies are the same. The contents of an employee handbook will be driven by a variety of factors such as the size and type of the business, the states where the company have employees and the overall corporate culture.
