Attorneys Damico & Sigurdson Secure Dismissal with Prejudice on Behalf of a Major Rail Carrier

Attorneys David Damico and Richard Sigurdson procured a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a major rail carrier in a FELA toxic tort case involving allegations of bladder cancer caused by diesel exhaust exposure in Cook County, Illinois.  The dismissal came in view of the Railroad’s motion for summary judgment predicated on the underlying Decedent’s failure to commence suit within the FELA statute of limitations.
