Attorneys William J. Mundy and Scott D. Josephson successfully defended our firm’s client in a case before Judge John Whelan in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. The Plaintiffs had alleged the Defendants were negligent in their maintenance of a front driveway at their facility, causing the Plaintiff to slip and fall on ice in February 2014. Plaintiffs alleged various physical and emotional injuries related to the fall, along with claims for loss of consortium, lost wages and medicals.
Following a seven day trial, after approximately an hour of deliberation, the jury found that Defendants were not negligent in their maintenance of the facility.
